2006 Chevrolet Suburban C2500, 6.0 USECTION Installation Procedure

- Connect the electrical connector (1) to the headlamp assembly.
- Install the composite headlamp (4) to the vehicle.CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
- Install the composite headlamp retaining bolts (5) to the radiator support.
Tighten
Tighten the bolts to 11 N.m (97 lb in).
- Install the radiator grille. Refer to GRILLE REPLACEMENT (UPLEVEL) or GRILLE REPLACEMENT (BASE) .
