2006 Chevrolet Suburban C2500, 6.0 USECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the negative battery cable to the vehicle.
  2. Raise the vehicle.

  4. Position the negative battery cable (2) to the engine block and position the engine wiring harness ground (4) on top of the negative battery cable terminal.
  5. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  6. Install the engine wiring harness ground bolt (3) and tighten to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
  7. Lower the vehicle.
  8. Install the negative battery cable clip (1) to the positive and negative cable bracket.
  9. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With Single Battery)Β , Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With Auxiliary Battery)Β  or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (With Dual Batteries)Β .
