2006 Chevrolet Suburban C2500, 6.0 USECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install a NEW gasket to the water outlet.
  2. Lubricate the O-ring seal with clean engine coolant.
  3. Install the water outlet.
  4. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  5. Install the water outlet bolts.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the bolts to 21 N.m (15 lb ft).

  6. Install the radiator inlet hose. Refer to Radiator Inlet Hose Replacement (Non-HP2)Β .
  7. Install the air cleaner outlet resonator duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Resonator Replacement .
