2006 Chevrolet Suburban C2500, 6.0 USECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the oxygen sensor to the catalytic converter. Refer to Heated Oxygen Sensor Replacement - Bank 2 Sensor 1 .
- Install the catalytic converter seal/heat shield to the catalytic converter.
- Carefully install the catalytic converter to the exhaust manifold.
- Install the catalytic converter nuts.
- Connect the oxygen sensor electrical connector.
IMPORTANT:
Inspect the catalytic converter seal/heat shield sealing surface. Replace the seal/heat shield if the sealing surface is worn or damaged.
