2006 Chevrolet Suburban C2500, 6.0 USECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the ground strap (2) to the vehicle and the stud on the plenum front panel.
  2. Install the ground strap nut (1) to the stud on the plenum front panel.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the nut to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  4. Position the ground strap (1) to the cylinder head.
  5. Install the ground strap bolt (2) to the cylinder head.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the bolt to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).
