Removal Procedure
2006 Chevrolet Suburban C2500, 6.0 USECTION Removal Procedure
- Remove the sending unit. Refer to Fuel Sender Assembly Replacement (4.8L and 5.3L Engines)Β or Fuel Sender Assembly Replacement (5.3L (L59) Engine)Β or Fuel Sender Assembly Replacement (6.0L Engine - Dual Tanks - Front)Β or Fuel Sender Assembly Replacement (6.0L Engine - Dual Tanks - Rear)Β .
- Disconnect the level sensor electrical connector.
- Release the level sensor retaining clip.
- Squeeze the locking tangs together, and remove the fuel level sensor (1).
