Removal Procedure

2006 Chevrolet Suburban C2500, 6.0 USECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Raise the window completely.
  2. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front DoorΒ .
  3. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front DoorΒ .
  4. Remove the outside door handle. Refer to Door Handle Replacement - OutsideΒ .

  6. Remove the clip that retains the lock cylinder lever to the lock cylinder.
  7. Remove the lock cylinder retainer. Remove the lock cylinder from the outside door handle.
