Preliminary Procedures

  1. Position the door window as needed for service.
  2. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (SLT, A95) or Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement (Except YE9 or SLT) .
  3. Remove the front door water deflector. Refer to Front Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
1 Front Side Door Window Bolt (Qty: 2)
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedure

  1. Tape the window to the door frame to prevent it from moving.
  2. Loosen the 2 bolts that attach the window to the window regulator.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector.

Tighten:Β  9 N.m (80 lb in)

2 Front Side Door Window Regulator Bolt (Qty: 3)

Tighten:Β  9 N.m (80 lb in)

3 Front Side Door Window Regulator Nut (Qty: 2)

Tighten:Β  9 N.m (80 lb in)
