2006 Chevrolet Suburban C1500, 5.3 ZSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the quarter window. Refer to Adhesive Installation of Stationary Windows (Windshield)Β  or Adhesive Installation of Stationary Windows (Quarter Window)Β .
  2. Install the right or left side rear applique. Refer to Quarter Panel Upper Applique Replacement (Tahoe) or Quarter Panel Upper Applique Replacement (GMC Yukon Two-mode Hybrid) .
  3. Install the rear door upper garnish trim. Refer to Rear Door Upper Garnish Molding Replacement .
  4. Connect the electrical connector to the quarter window, if equipped
  5. Ensure that the radio has reception.
  6. Remove the double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces and the interior trim.
  7. Close the liftgate.
