The instrument panel cluster (IPC) must be setup using the service programming system (SPS). Refer to Service Programming System (SPS)Β . A new IPC needs to be programmed with the correct vehicle mileage. The TIS 2 WEB odometer setting application is needed to programme the correct vehicle mileage at an authorized GM dealership. The TIS 2 WEB application cannot write to the IPC odometer if the module has a value greater than 15 miles (24 km).
