1 Rain Sensor Module Trim Cover
Procedure:Β 
Gently pry the trim cover outward in order to remove the cover from the rain sensor module.
2 Electrical Connector
Procedure:Β 
Disconnect the electrical connector.
3 Rain Sensor Module and Retainer Clips

Procedure

  1. Disengage the retaining clips from the mounting bracket on the windshield.
  2. Disengage the rain sensor lens from the module by disengaging the retainer clips.
  3. Clean the windshield where the old conductive jell residue is present.

Tip:Β  The rain sensor bracket is not serviced separately. The windshield will need to be replaced if the rain sensor bracket is loose or has been damaged.
