Removal Procedure

2006 Chevrolet SSR AutomaticSECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the seat from the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement in Seats.
  2. Ensure that the seat is in the full forward position.

  4. Locate the seat position switch (3) under the seat on the inside of the inner seat rail.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connector (1) from the seat position switch (3).
  6. Remove the 2 nuts (2) that retain the seat position switch to the seat rail.
  7. Remove the seat position switch from the seat.
