Installation Procedure
2006 Chevrolet SSR AutomaticSECTION Installation Procedure
- Install the coolant air bleed pipe (4) and gaskets (5) to the cylinder heads.
- Install the coolant air bleed pipe retaining bolts (3).
Tighten:Β Tighten the retaining bolts to 12 N.m (106 lb in).
- Install the throttle body (1). Refer to Throttle Body Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls - 6.0L.
- Install the coolant air bleed hose (2). Refer to Coolant Air Bleed Hose ReplacementΒ .
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill)Β or Draining and Filling Cooling System (Vac-N-Fill)Β .
