  1. Install the coolant air bleed pipe (4) and gaskets (5) to the cylinder heads.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the coolant air bleed pipe retaining bolts (3).

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the retaining bolts to 12 N.m (106 lb in).

  4. Install the throttle body (1). Refer to Throttle Body Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls - 6.0L.
  5. Install the coolant air bleed hose (2). Refer to Coolant Air Bleed Hose ReplacementΒ .
  6. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (Static Fill)Β  or Draining and Filling Cooling System (Vac-N-Fill)Β .
