2006 Chevrolet SSR AutomaticSECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the left knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement - LeftΒ .
  2. Remove the right knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement - RightΒ .
  3. Remove the radio compensation microphone. Refer to Microphone Replacement - Radio Volume Compensator Interior .
  4. Fig 1: Identifying Data Link Connector Screws

  5. Remove 2 screws (1) that retain the data link connector.
  6. Fig 2: Identifying Bracket Screws

  7. Remove the 7 screws (1) to remove the bracket.
