Installation Procedure

2006 Chevrolet Cobalt SS, 4D Sedan, StandardSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Place the NEW bushing to the tapered side of the control arm.

  3. Using the J 41211Β  , install the control arm bushing in the lower control arm. See Special ToolsΒ .
  4. Install the bushing to the same depth and orientation as noted during removal.
  5. Remove the J 41211Β  from the control arm. See Special ToolsΒ .
  6. Install the lower control arm. Refer to Lower Control Arm ReplacementΒ .
