Callout Component Name
1 Front Headlamp Assembly Bolt (Qty: 2)
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten:Β  10 N.m (89 lb in)

Procedure

  1. Remove the two upper headlamp bolts from the upper tie bar and front fender bracket.
  2. Pull the lamp forward until the lamp disengages from the lower bracket.
  3. Push the lower inside corner of the headlamp inboard until the outer lens releases from under the outer fender flange.
  4. Rock the headlamp composite side to side and pull outward.
  5. Aim the headlamps after replacement. Refer to Headlamp AimingΒ .
2 Headlamp Assembly
Tip:Β  Disconnect the headlamp bulb electrical connector.
