Accelerator Pedal Module Removal/Installation

2006 Chevrolet Cobalt SS, 4D Sedan, StandardSECTION Accelerator Pedal Module Removal/Installation

  1. Remove the driver's dashboard lower cover (see FUSE ACCESS PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION ).
  2. Disconnect the APP sensor 6P connector (A).

  3. Remove the accelerator pedal module (B).
    NOTE:
    • The APP sensor is not available separately. Do not disassemble the accelerator pedal module.
    • If the accelerator pedal module is dropped, replace it.
  4. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
