- Disconnect the RAP relay and connect a test lamp between the RAP relay control circuit and ground.
- Ignition ON. The test lamp should turn ON.
- If the test lamp remains OFF, test for a short to ground the relay control circuit. If the circuit tests normal, replace the BCM.
- If the test lamp turns ON, test or replace the RAP relay.
