Preliminary Procedures

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.
  2. Without disconnecting the brake pipes, remove and position aside the electronic brake control module (EBCM). Refer to Brake Pressure Modulator Valve ReplacementΒ .
  3. Support the EBCM with heavy mechanics wire or equivalent.
1 Nut, BPMV Bracket Retaining

Tighten:Β  3 N.m (27 lb in)

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
2 Nut, BPMV Bracket Retaining (Qty: 3)

Tighten:Β  10 N.m (89 lb in)
