2006 Chevrolet Cobalt SS, 4D Sedan, StandardSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the O-ring onto the output speed sensor.
  2. Install the output speed sensor into the transaxle case.
  3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  4. Install the output speed sensor stud.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the speed sensor stud to 11 N.m (8 lb ft).

  5. Connect the electrical connector.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
