Install the engine front cover gasket.
Install the engine front cover.
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
Install the engine front cover bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 257 N.m (18 lb ft).
Install the water pump. Refer to Water Pump Replacement (RPOs LZE/LZ4/LZ9) .
Install the thermostat housing. Refer to Thermostat Housing Replacement (RPOs LZE/LZ4/LZ9) .
Install the crankshaft position actuator magnet. Refer to Camshaft Position Actuator Magnet Replacement .
Install the crankshaft balancer. Refer to Crankshaft Balancer Replacement .
Install the oil pan. Refer to Oil Pan Replacement .
Install the drive belt tensioner. Refer to Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Draining and Filling Cooling System (LZE, LZ4, LZ9 Static Fill) or Draining and Filling Cooling System (LZE, LZ4, LZ9, 9C1, 9C3 GE 4771 Fill) .
