2006 Chevrolet Cobalt SS, 4D Sedan, StandardSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Loosen the clamp at the air cleaner assembly.

  2. Remove the outlet resonator/duct assembly from the air cleaner. Refer to Air Cleaner Resonator Outlet Duct ReplacementΒ .
  3. Release the clamps on the side of the air cleaner assembly.
  4. Remove the upper air cleaner lid.

  5. Remove the air filter assembly.
