Installation Procedure

2006 Chevrolet Cobalt SS, 4D Sedan, StandardSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the blower control module.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the 2 new screws in the pre-drilled holes to the side of the heat stakes in the blower control module and the HVAC module assembly.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the screws to 1.5 N.m (13 lb in).

  5. Connect the electrical connector to the blower control module.
  6. Install the right side I/P insulator. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Right in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
