Removal Procedure

2006 Chevrolet Cobalt SS, 4D Sedan, StandardSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the center trim plate. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Center in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  2. Remove the radio fasteners.

  3. Pull the radio out slightly to access the rear of the radio.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connectors, antenna, and radio ground strap spade terminal from the rear of the radio.
  5. Remove the radio.
