  1. Disconnect the engine harness electrical connector from the mass air flow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor.
  2. Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
  3. Loosen the clamps at the air cleaner housing and throttle body.
  4. Reposition the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose clamp at the camshaft cover.
  5. Remove the PCV hose from the camshaft cover.
  6. Remove the push pin retainer.

  8. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct.
  9. If necessary, reposition the PCV hose clamp at the outlet duct.

  11. If necessary, remove the PCV hose from the outlet duct.
