Removal Procedure

- Disconnect the engine harness electrical connector from the mass air flow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor.
- Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
- Remove the air cleaner nuts.
- Remove the air cleaner assembly. Pull up the front leg of the housing in order to disengage the housing from the stud.
