Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the steering column opening filler assembly. Refer to Steering Column Filler Replacement .
  2. Tilt the steering wheel up.
1 Trim Plate, Instrument Panel
Tip: 
  • Release the left-hand instrument panel (I/P) trim plate assembly by pulling away from the I/P retainer.
  • Disconnect the electrical connector.
