Seat Back Frame Replacement - Front

Fastener Tightening Specifications:Β  Refer to Fastener Tightening SpecificationsΒ .

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the front seat. Refer to Seat Replacement - Front BucketΒ .
  2. Remove the cushion frame. Refer to Seat Cushion Frame Replacement - FrontΒ .
  3. Remove the seat back cover and pad assembly. Refer to Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement - FrontΒ .
  4. Adjust the seat back position until the notches in the seat back line up with the springs.
  5. Slide the spring onto the notches. Ensure that the springs are completely engaged into the notches.
  6. Adjust the seat back forward to allow the springs to be lifted from the impact tube.
1 Nut, Seat Back Frame (Qty: 6)

Tighten:Β  20 N.m (14 lb ft)

2 Frame Assembly, Seat Back
Tip:Β  Separate the seat adjuster tracks.
