2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Cargo, 4.8 VSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure .
  2. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
  3. Disconnect the glow plug control module electrical connectors (1, 2).

  5. Remove the glow plug control module bolts.
  6. Remove the glow plug control module.

  8. Remove the glow plug control module bracket bolts, if required.
  9. Remove the glow plug control module bracket, if required.
