2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Cargo, 4.8 VSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler. Refer to EGR and Cooler Removal .

  3. Reposition the EGR coolant pipe hose clamp.
  4. Remove the EGR coolant pipe hose.
  5. Remove the EGR coolant pipe bolts.
  6. Remove the EGR coolant pipe.

  8. Remove the fuel feed pipe nut and clip bolts.
  9. Remove the fuel feed pipe.
