2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Cargo, 4.8 VSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Place the bottom edge of the ECM into the bracket lower retainers.
  2. Push the ECM towards the bracket until the upper edge of the ECM snaps into place.

  4. Connect the ECM electrical connectors.

  6. Slide the washer solvent container tabs into the holes in the bottom of the frame.

  8. Connect the washer pump connectors.

  10. Install the washer solvent container bolt.
  11. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure .
  12. If a NEW ECM was installed, program the ECM. Refer to Control Module References .
  13. Perform the turbocharger learn procedure. Refer to Turbocharger Learn ProcedureΒ .
