2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 2SECTION Assembly Procedure

  1. Install the flow control spring (5), if removed from the pump housing (1).
  2. Lubricate the new O-ring seal (3) with power steering fluid.
  3. Install the O-ring seal (3) onto the connector and fitting assembly (2).
  4. Install the control valve assembly (4).
  5. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  6. Install the connector and fitting assembly (2).

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the connector and fitting assembly to 75 N.m (55 lb ft).
