2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 2SECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
  2. Fig 1: Identifying Valve Core

  3. Relieve the fuel system pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief (With CH 48027)Β  or Fuel Pressure Relief (Without CH 48027)Β .
  4. Use a standard valve core tool in order to remove the valve core (2).
