2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 2SECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the rear header speaker to the rear header speaker housing.
  2. NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the screws in order to retain the rear header speaker to the rear header speaker housing.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the screws in order to retain the rear header speaker to the speaker housing to 2 N.m (18 lb ft).

  4. Connect the electrical connector to the speaker.
  5. Install the rear header speaker housing to the vehicle.
  6. Install the nuts in order to retain the rear header speaker housing to the vehicle.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the nuts in order to retain the rear header speaker housing to the vehicle to 6 N.m (53 lb in).

  8. Install the rear header trim panel, if equipped.
