  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Remove the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation in Tires and Wheels.
  3. Remove the brake rotor. Refer to Brake Rotor Replacement - Front (1500 Series) or Brake Rotor Replacement - Front (25/3500 Series) in Disc Brakes.

  4. Remove the wheel stud from the hub flange using the J 43631  . See Special Tools .
  5. Remove the wheel stud from the hub flange.
