  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
  2. Fig 1: Unsnapping Spring Bumper From Mounting Cup (4WD 15-Series and 2WD 25/35-Series)

  3. Unsnap the jounce bumper from the mounting cup (4WD 15 Series).
  4. Fig 2: Removing Nut From Spring Bumper Stud (4WD 15-Series and 2WD 25/35-Series)

  5. Remove the nut from the jounce bumper stud (all 25/35 Series and RWD 15 Series with coil spring).
  6. Remove the jounce bumper.
