2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 2SECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the maxi-fuse (2).

  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the maxi-fuse nuts (1).

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the nuts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  5. Install the maxi-fuse cover.
  6. Install the ESB intermediate cover. Refer to Energy Storage Box (ESB) Trim Cover Replacement (5.3L Engine w/RPO HP2)Β .
