2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 2SECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the fuse power cable (2) to the fuse holder and high current sensor.

  2. Install NEW tie straps (4) securing the fuse power cable to the ESB.
  3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  4. Install the fuse power cable nut (3) at the high current sensor.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the nut to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  5. Install the maxi-fuse. Refer to Energy Storage Box (ESB) Maxi-Fuse Replacement (5.3L Engine w/RPO HP2)Β .
