2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 2SECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the glow plug control module bracket, if required.

  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Install the glow plug control module bracket bolts, if required.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the glow plug control module.

  5. Install the glow plug control module bolts.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  7. Connect the glow plug control module electrical connectors (1, 2).
  8. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure (Single Battery) or Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure (Auxiliary Battery) .
  9. If a NEW glow plug control module was installed, program the module. Refer to Control Module References .
