2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 2SECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Raise the hood.
  2. Remove the upper radiator support baffle. Refer to Radiator Air Baffle and Deflector Replacement - Upper .
  3. Remove the bolts (2) from the hood release latch (1).

  5. Disconnect the hood ajar indicator switch connector, if equipped.
  6. Disconnect the hood release cable end from the latch.

  8. Remove the hood release latch from the vehicle.
