2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 2SECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the EGR valve solenoid and bolt (1).

    Tighten:Β  Tighten bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Connect the EGR valve solenoid vacuum lines (1).

  5. Connect the EGR valve solenoid electrical connector (1).

  7. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure (Single Battery) or Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure (Auxiliary Battery) in Engine Electrical.
