2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 2SECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the window glass.
  2. Remove the trim panel. Refer to TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - SIDE REAR DOOR (TAHOE/YUKON/ESCALADE)Β  or TRIM PANEL REPLACEMENT - SIDE REAR DOOR (SUBURBAN/YUKON XL/AVALANCHE/ESCLD EXT)Β  .
  3. Remove the water deflector. Refer to WATER DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT - REAR DOOR (TAHOE/YUKON/ESCALADE)Β  or WATER DEFLECTOR REPLACEMENT - REAR DOOR (SUBURBAN/YUKON XL/AVALANCHE/ESCLD EXT)Β  .
  4. Disconnect the window motor electrical connector.
  5. Loosen the two window clamp bolts on the regulator.
  6. Remove the bolts retaining the window regulator to the door.
  7. Remove the module from the door.
