Light Switch Removal/Installation

2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 2SECTION Light Switch Removal/Installation

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the following parts:
    1. Front scuff plate (Driver's side) (See FRONT SCUFF PLATE REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    2. Front side trim (Driver's side) (See FRONT SIDE TRIM REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    3. Hood release lever (See HOOD LATCH AND RELEASE LEVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION )
    4. Lower panel (See LOWER PANEL REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
    5. Column cover (See COLUMN COVER REMOVAL/INSTALLATION .)
  3. Disconnect the light switch connector.
  4. Remove the screws, then remove the light switch.
  5. Install in the reverse order of removal.
