2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 2SECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Set the wipers in the Park position.
  2. Disconnect the washer hose elbow from the air inlet grille panel.
  3. Remove the cover from the nut on the wiper arm.
  4. Remove the nut from the wiper arm.

    Important:Β  If rocking the wiper arm fails to loosen the arm from the drive shaft, use a J 39822Β  or a battery terminal puller to remove the wiper arm

  5. Rock the wiper arm back and forth to loosen arm from the drive shaft.
  6. Remove the wiper arm from the drive shaft.
  7. Remove the wiper blade from the wiper arm. Refer to Wiper Arm Blade ReplacementΒ  .
