2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 2SECTION Removal Procedure

The latched side window is a 1 piece assembly that includes the following components;

  • The window
  • The hinges
  • The latch assembly
  1. Use safety glasses and gloves.
  2. Remove the screws that retain the latch to the vehicle.
  3. Remove the nuts (3) that retain the hinge to the vehicle.
  4. Remove the window assembly from the vehicle.

    Do not replace the weatherstrip (2) unless the weatherstrip is damaged.
