2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 2SECTION Installation Procedure

WARNING: Refer to HALOGEN BULB CAUTION .
  1. Connect the electrical connector (1) to the headlamp assembly.
  2. Install the composite headlamp (4) to the vehicle.
    CAUTION: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE .
  3. Install the composite headlamp retaining bolts (5) to the radiator support.

    TightenΒ 

    Tighten the bolts to 11 N.m (97 lb in).

  4. Install the radiator grille. Refer to GRILLE REPLACEMENT (UPLEVEL) or GRILLE REPLACEMENT (BASE) .
