NOTE:
Use a NEW EGR valve gasket when installing the EGR valve.
- Position a NEW EGR valve to valve cooler gasket to the valve cooler.
- Position the EGR valve (3) to the valve cooler.
- Install the EGR valve bolts (2).
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
- Install NEW EGR valve gaskets (1) onto the EGR valve, if required.
- Install the EGR valve cooler. Refer to Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Cooler Replacement .
