Remove the inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Coil Replacement .
1 Steering Angle Sensor

Procedure

  1. Disconnect any electrical connectors as needed.
  2. Squeeze the plastic retaining tabs on the supplemental inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil to release and disengage the steering angle sensor.
