Place the insulators on the stabilizer shaft with the slits facing toward the front of the vehicle.

Install the insulators to the stabilizer shaft.
Install the stabilizer shaft.
Install the clamps over the insulators and the stabilizer shaft.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Install insulator clamp bolts.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
Install the engine protection shield. Refer to Engine Shield Replacement .
Lower the vehicle.
