2006 Chevrolet Chevy Express G2500, Van Cargo, 6.6 2SECTION Removal Procedure
CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution .

  1. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Disconnect the auxiliary battery negative cable (2). Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect ProcedureΒ .
  3. Unsnap the positive battery cable cap.
  4. Disconnect the positive battery cable (1).

  6. Remove the auxiliary positive cable from the junction block.

  8. Remove the cable clip bolt (5) at the frame.
  9. Remove the auxiliary battery cable.
